Marcus out of high tier. Thread 1, thread 2. This got more or less unanimous agreement.

Sue > Walt and Dorothy. Thread. Not much discussion here, but everyone seemed to be in agreement nonetheless.

Miledy to top tier. Thread. Only opposition was Mekkah. I’ll make the change for now, but feel free to argue her back down.

Igrene to lower-mid. Thread.. The thread got derailed a bit, but according to Jackal: “It's been brought up several times before, but no one ever really argues it. It always go by the wayside.” I prefer moving her up sloppily then refining her position than not taking any action at all.

Cecilia out of upper-mid. Thread.. 2/3 agreed, and Jackal said, “…as that was a lift wholly on perhaps a hasty notion in that this sort of utility (mount+staffs+aircalibur chip) without a promotion item is great. We can now see that isn't the case.”

Juno out of graveyard tier. Thread. There was basically no serious response, but I tend to agree with Dondon on this one.

Chad<Lalum/Elphin. Thread. It only got one post, but again Dondon’s logic seems sound.

Astohl in high tier. Thread. I’ll have to read through the thread again, but people seem to agree with the thesis that Chad and Astohl should be closer together.
