Reasoning:
Robin can go Archer, and has earlygame contribution. There's no way he deserves his own tier. Hell, earlygame+Archer alone is enough to kick him over Mycen.
wtf is Sevr doing so low? That guy's amazing, seriously. A lot of earlygame chapters are uberly difficult without him [i.e most of the ones on the ship, before Volbo and pals join] it's to the level where he's almost Jeigan and Oguma at once. He doesn't really slow down either, due to awesome durability growths, and his base speed holds up pretty well despite his low growth.
Atlas can go Archer early on. That>>>>>>Anything Est can do.
Didn't see anything calling for a tier gap between Clebe/Matila and Cliff, especially not when Cliff's earlygame is so awful and Clebe's is so w1n.
