I'm not really sure where exactly she should go, but nobody who joins halfway through chapter 4 should be the second best character in her group. She could be godly for the maps where she exists and still not deserve such a high position. I mean, seriously, over silk? Silk, your only healer for the entire rest of Alm's section?
Putting her below Cliff seems reasonable to me, but there could easily be something I'm missing that really does put her above people with 6 times her availibility, so argue away.
