I don't think Matthew should get too much credit for Silver Card, since it's not even necessary for the player to get all the stuff he needs. Maybe in the circumstance where the player is both using Farina and promoting Dart.

I've always felt that Matthew getting the card shouldn't be weighted so high. Especially when he becomes useless after Legault joins and you didn't extensively train him.
