So I'm thinking that they should not be forced stealth/pacifist.

Probably something more like 1-6-2 and 3-6 in RD. Sure, Jill and Tauroneo could go and two turn 1-6-2, and should be rewarded for it on the list, but as far as the other characters are concerned you don't have to. BK is your primary fighter in 3-6 with the easy button and Sothe should get some credit for saviouring Micaiah, but when considering units like Nolan or Leo you don't have to assume that 3-6 is easy-buttoned.

There are costs associated with whatever course of action you can take, and those should be considered, but one course of action is not assumed to be forced on a character's team.

Edit: Knight Ring or no Knight Ring? I'm in favour of Knight Ring, for the record.

Edit: May as well include the priests, since they give the Ashera staff and bexp.

So, which ones are efficient and which ones aren't?

Do the units that show up prior to Ch. 10 get to assume that we China Shop that level, and the ones that appear after assume that their army get the BEXP?

Ditto for Ch. 15? Also, does Marcia get credit for being able to 2-turn clear this map where basically nobody else can?

I have no idea. Honest.

Do the units that show up prior to Ch. 10 get to assume that we China Shop that level, and the ones that appear after assume that their army get the BEXP?

I still don't think we can assume one over the other, but I don't know how to deal with the logistics. You have a major point about the units that are there before chapter 10 compared to the ones after.

If you stealth chapter 10, units like Neph and everyone else afterwards get an extra 700 bexp to play with for catch-up purposes, making it easier for them to compare with the units beforehand. The units that are there to bash that chapter into pieces don't miss out on anything if they are good enough fighters since they'll get cexp if we don't stealth, but the units like Neph and Brom won't get the bexp. However, since Neph and Kieran and Brom are all really good units it seems a shame to not have extra bexp to pump them up out of the gate. Also Astrid a little later. Zihark, too, I suppose. The other 4 are all higher than he is, though.

Depending on how it is played, it could generally cause a significant level lead for the pre chapter 10 units over the post chapter 10 units.

I suppose the same applies to chapter 15. Especially since they are laguz. Even more cexp.

And I think Marcia should get credit for speedy completion. But can you 2 turn it and get Stefan? Lethe starts transformed with 9 move, but I'm pretty sure it takes her until turn 3 or 4 if she runs there.

I suppose the items that matter most are
Physic > Silver Blade > Guard > Boots. Well, maybe boots should be higher.

White gem and statue frag are mostly for selling, though I suppose extra smiting by Mordy on heavier things is nice, too. Shine is shine. Coins don't help in this game.

So aside from Boots I think Sothe + Volke should be able to get the most important items in two turns.

I think it mostly comes down to army vs. army when you compare pre chapter 10 units to post chapter 10 units, same with chapter 15. If you assume stealth/pacifist in order to get more bexp to spend on Kieran or Stefan or whomever, how is the rest of the team doing in comparison to Oscar's team that stormed through chapter 10 like bloodthirsty Mercs?

I think they should be stealth'd because 700 bexp > 700 Cexp. I mean, pre chapter 10 we can have Oscar/Boyd/Titania ORKO'ing if we used the bexp from chapters 1-7 wisely and still have decent excess units like Soren and Mia.

However, if we don't stealth chapter 10, then Nephenee/Brom, too very good units, lose a large pool of bexp they could have sunk their teeth into to catch up with the rest of the team. Bexp is also vital in getting healers to higher levels, which Int pointed out to us. And getting Mist on a pony faster is always good. If we weren't to stealth chapter 10, Oscar/Boyd/Titania/Ike would just stock up on extra Cexp that they don't really need. Units like Mia/Soren/Mist/Neph/Brom get more out of stealthing chapter 10 than not.

As for Chapter 15, we have Mak and Astrid, but that's about it. Considering that it is difficult to pick up all the items, recruit Stefan and Kill Muarim all within the time limit, I can see how killing the enemies can be more beneficial.

On a side note, do we leave the ravens in chapter 19 for the knight ring, or do we kill them? the Knight Ring lets us get Ike or Boyd with the benefit of Canto. Or even a Laguz unit like Mordecai or Muarim.
